NearbyJewellers helps shoppers discover nearby jewellers, browse jewellery catalogues published by those stores, and save favourites to a wishlist. There is no online checkout on this Website. Any purchase of jewellery is completed only at the jeweller's physical store (or through that jeweller's own channels), under that jeweller's terms.

Product details, prices (if shown), images, stock, and store information are provided by listed jewellers or sourced for discovery purposes. They are not an offer by TheMKHouse to sell jewellery.

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to create an account or use interactive features of the Website.

If you access the Website from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with local laws that apply to you.

You may create an account using email, phone, or supported social login. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at admin@nearbyjewellers.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or create risk for other users or jewellers.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or republish catalogues or store data at scale without our written permission
• Upload unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Website or related systems
• Impersonate another person, store, or brand, or misuse reviews and ratings
• Use the Website for any purpose that is illegal under Indian law

Jewellers who list on NearbyJewellers are independent businesses. They are responsible for the accuracy of their catalogue, hallmarks, pricing (where shown), store hours, and in-store sales practices. TheMKHouse does not manufacture, own, or sell the jewellery displayed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Premier or boosted visibility (where offered) is a marketing placement on the discovery platform and does not change the in-store purchase relationship between you and the jeweller.

Wishlists, nearby-store search, filters, and related tools are provided to help you plan an in-store visit. Features may change, and availability of a design at a store is not guaranteed until confirmed by the jeweller.

The NearbyJewellers name, logos, software, and original site design are owned by TheMKHouse or its licensors. Jeweller names, product images, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. You may not use our marks without prior written consent.

The Website may link to maps, payment providers used by jewellers, social networks, or other third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of those services is at your own risk.

The Website and its content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheMKHouse disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TheMKHouse and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Website or from dealings with listed jewellers. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Website shall not exceed INR 5,000 (or the amount you paid us, if any, for a paid service in the twelve months before the claim), whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TheMKHouse from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Website, your content, or your breach of these terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
